How it works

OUR STREETSCAPING™ PROGRAM AT NO COST TO YOU

Our StreetScaping™ program provides essential street furniture to residents at no cost to the municipality. In fact, our high-quality benches, bins, and transit shelters could generate revenue!
We customize each program to meet local needs, partnering with municipalities and transit authorities to deliver quality service including full maintenance, repairs and waste collection where applicable. A significant portion of our resources is dedicated to ongoing research and development of innovative solutions for both clients and end-users.

A SEAMLESS PROCESS FOR MUNICIPALITIES

HOW IT ALL WORKS

Program Presentation

Meet with a Creative Outdoor Advertising representative, where we present the program and explain how it works in detail.

Agreement Finalization

Once the municipality agrees to proceed, we formalize the partnership through a signed contract.

Location Selection and Installation

Together with our municipal partners, we identify ideal locations for the amenities. Upon approval, our team manages the entire installation process.

Ongoing Maintenance and Revenue Sharing

After installation, we provide comprehensive maintenance for the amenities and share a percentage of the advertising revenue generated, ensuring a lasting and cost-free benefit for the municipality.
aligned with community values

Sponsorship Funded

Our programs are fully sponsorship-funded, with 100% of the funding coming from local business sponsorship.

COA currently manages over 10,000 sponsorship clients, boasting a renewal rate of over 75%. We are proud to promote the “Shop Local” movement and ensure that all messaging is family-oriented—no controversial content is accepted.

Municipal partners maintain full control over the types of sponsors involved, ensuring alignment with community values.
